Definitely the only diet that is going to provide all these qualities is really a diet that gives foods from the food pyramid. It will want you to eat fresh fruits and vegetables. This diet is not going to suggest that you buy vitamins, supplements or powders. Years ago the Prasouda Diet was the famous Mediterranean Diet. Whole grains and legumes are hailed being a staple of this diet; you are allowed a lot of omega 3 fish, and reasonable amounts of meat. You are allowed around 1/2 dozen eggs per week. Dairy foods are permitted but only those which don't have great amounts of unhealthy fats. Nuts are encouraged because of their protein content. And a good red wine, 1-2 glasses with your dinner meal is good and beneficial. There's not diet that you can buy that can work efficiently and show weight loss success, if you don't exercise.
